Reservations:  Two night minimum stay. Deposit of 50% of rental fee is due at time of reservation, balance plus tax due upon arrival.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or cash.  You are responsible for your entire confirmed stay.  NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

Cancellations:  In the event of a daily rental cancellation, one week notice is required prior to your arrival.  Major holidays and weekly rentals require a three week notice of cancellation.  Failure to adhere to these time frames will result in loss of deposit.

Check-In:  Is 3:00 p.m. (earlier check-in time must be arranged in advance).

Check-Out:  Is 11 a.m. (later must be arranged in advanced).

Cleaning:  Please do not leave food items or garbage in refrigerator.  Place all trash in container on side of cottage.  Please notify us of any inoperative equipment. There will be an additional charge of $55 for excessive cleaning.  

Smoking:  This is a non-smoking cottage.  Please smoke outside only and dispose of butts in containers provided.

Pets:  Sorry, we do not allow pets.

Creek:  The creek is beautiful, but remember the rocks are slippery.  Please take caution when wading or swimming, and do so at your own risk.

Television:  There is 32” LCD television and DVD Player  in the living room, a television and DVD  in the master bedroom and  a television in second bedroom.  Since the area we live in only offers one cable company, we can only hope the signal is continuous, but sometimes we do experience cable failure, we have no control over this.

Picnic Area:  This area is suitable for small campfires, roasting marshmallows, etc.  Please extinguish all fires and leave no trash for others. You are responsible for any personal or property damage. 

Shopping:  There is one major grocery store in the area about 7 miles away with a few convenience stores for small items you may require closer in.  Major shopping is about 10 -12 miles in Hendersonville.

Special Events:  This is designed for the customer, requiring special attention for special events in their life, such as birthdays, anniversaries, or surprise for that special person or event.  (Ask for details).

Spa:  This is a hot tub with the latest electronic equipment.  Please shower before and after using the spa. Absolutely no soaps, oils or bubble baths in tub.  This can clog filters, and ruin the hot tub.

We strive to keep Creekside Cottage clean and comfortable.
